Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
Important: For technical and organizational reasons, a withdrawal by email cannot stop the shipping process. Ordered goods will generally be shipped.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code – BGB) that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. This includes in particular:
• AUTOPRINTS METAL.
• AUTOPRINTS CUSTOM FINE ART PRINTS.
• AUTOPRINTS MY CAR.
Items that are no longer in their original condition (e.g. opened sealed goods) cannot be returned either.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or email). You may use the withdrawal form template below for this purpose – this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard one offered by us), within fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. Send the goods to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the case of depreciation due to improper handling, you are liable accordingly.
