What sizes and frame options are available?
Our car prints are available in 30x40 cm, 40x40 cm and 50x70 cm formats. We offer premium real wood frames in black, natural oak and white oak to choose from.

What are the shipping costs for AUTOPRINT YOUR CAR?
Shipping is free of charge within Germany. For orders to Austria, the flat-rate shipping fee is €14.90, and shipping is also free for orders over €50.

How long does it take until I receive my AUTOPRINT YOUR CAR?
Once you have uploaded your photo, you will receive a draft for approval within two to three working days. After your approval, your artwork will be printed immediately and sent out the same day.

What do I do if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@autoprints.de with photos of the damage. We will check the case and find a solution, be it a replacement print or a refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@autoprints.de. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the shipping process has not yet started.
